Spiral Q partners with Philadelphia area schools to offer a comprehensive program that involves administrators, teachers, parents and students in community building through the arts. Taking the principles described in youth programs to another level, school partnerships include sequential project-based learning for students and professional development for the adults that work with them This award-winning, project-based approach to youth development and education is rooted in our core methodology: the creation of student-driven, socially conscious works of art that equip participants with the skills and confidence to express themselves constructively, work as part of a team, resolve conflicts, and become more engaged learners and citizens in their communities. These partnerships culminate in community parades through which students bring their work to a real world stage for all the public to see.
