Peoplehood: An All-City Parade and Pageant, our annual grand parade and pageant, brings together, through workshops in communities, more than 3000 people, in six delegations from throughout the city, to celebrate community, diversity and the challenges and triumphs of life in Philadelphia and its neighborhoods.
Peoplehood is an annual celebration of Spiral Q's past, present and future that fills the streets and spaces of West Philadelphia rain or shine! Bringing together partners from all over the city, Peoplehood creates a place for dialogue and understanding through free public workshops and participatory civic theater and spectacle. It is a vital opportunity for program participants to connect to one another, through the shared bond of the Spiral Q experience, forming new friendships with one another and strengthening the arts network throughout Philadelphia.
If you have a group that would like to get involved in PEOPLEHOOD, call Spiral Q at 215.222.6979
Stay tuned for updates about this year's community builds and outdoor workshops!
